MyWaypoint Technologies Inc. operates MyDataHub (mydatahub.ca). This privacy policy describes what information is collected by this site, how it is used, and what this site does not do.

What this site does not do

This site does not use or include any of the following:

  • Third-party analytics services (including Google Analytics, Plausible, or similar services)
  • Advertising networks or ad tracking
  • Social media tracking scripts or share buttons that load external code
  • Behavioural analytics or visitor profiling
  • Third-party fonts, stylesheets, or content delivery networks
  • Embedded third-party forms or lead capture tools

No visitor data is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Information you choose to share

The contact form on this site allows visitors to voluntarily submit the following information:

  • Name
  • Organization (optional)
  • Email address
  • Subject
  • Message

Information submitted through the contact form is used only to respond to your inquiry. It is not shared with third parties, added to mailing lists, or used for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

Server logs

This site may generate basic server-side access logs as part of normal hosting and security operations. These logs may include IP addresses, request timestamps, HTTP status codes, and referring URLs.

Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes. They are not used for advertising, visitor profiling, or analytics, and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.

Third parties

This site does not load scripts, fonts, stylesheets, images, or any other resources from third-party domains. All assets are served locally. No external platforms, content delivery networks, or third-party services are used in the delivery of this site.

Changes to this policy

If this privacy policy changes in a meaningful way, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. This site does not notify visitors of policy changes by email, as no email list is maintained.
